in Security Solutions
SRM Security conducts rigorous training for all security personnel in accordance with the PSARA Act guidelines. We train Security Guards, Security Supervisors, Field Officers, and Rapid Response Teams at our dedicated in-house training facility in Gurugram, equipping every recruit with the skills needed for their role.
Fresh recruits undergo a comprehensive induction programme at our training centre, covering theory, practical drills, physical conditioning, and situational exercises. The curriculum is designed to build confidence, discipline, and professional conduct from day one.
SRM Security also conducts specialized training for Quick Response Team (QRT) Officers covering threat assessment, handling confrontations, crowd control, false-alarm identification, and emergency medical response, ensuring our teams are prepared for every scenario.
